Our Friends

We are grateful to all our donors whose generosity has enabled us to take our first steps. A handful of individuals have been especially gracious in helping Magenta Mind embark on its challenging yet important mission. Whether through time, advice, encouragement or financial support, without their gifts Magenta Mind would not have existed. Thank you, friends!

Our Partners

InnovateHealth Yale

InnovateHealth Yale, part of Startup Yale has awarded Magenta Mind the Rita Wilson Grant Fund in Support of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This Impact Grant for Social Ventures supports the work of Magenta Mind on social innovation in public health and education. We are grateful for this recognition

First Presbyterian Church

Gratitude is owed to the Session, Finance Committee, and clerks of The First Presbyterian Church of New Haven for offering Magenta Mind fiscal sponsorship in the first few months of its existence, from incorporation to recognition as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization

Yale School of Management

The Yale School of Management has contributed to our work through the kindness of members of its faculty, especially Dr Teresa Chahine under whose supervision Magenta Mind had a semester-long graduate student volunteer for an Independent Study in spring 2024. Dr Chahine is Sheila and Ron ’92 BA Marcelo Senior Lecturer in Social Entrepreneurship.

Yale School of Public Health

Faculty and staff from the Yale School of Public Health have graciously advised Magenta Mind primarily via Mansoorah Kermani, who, as part of her graduate program in Public Health, was a member of our core fundraising team in Spring 2024.
